Salted Caramel Buttercream

So one of my sisters favorite fillings to eat is my Salted Caramel Buttercream. It’s great in cakes and Macarons! Loved by all and not very hard to bake either!

Here’s how you make it!
Ingredients:
- 115 g unsalted butter, softened
- 150 ml salted caramel – Recipe here!
- 200 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
